What is your role at Mersive and what do you do?
I manage the Digital Marketing Team, which focuses on creating and capturing demand for Mersive products.

What has your experience been with our company culture?
Our culture promotes work-life balance, authentically, which I have never experienced in a corporate environment.

What is your team like?
Awesome is the first word that comes to mind. We’re all experts of our specific domains, and it helps encourage an autonomous work environment.

How have you grown professionally while working at Mersive?
I started as an individual contributor managing Marketing Operations and after 7 months I was promoted to lead the Digital Marketing Team.

What advice do you have for prospective Mersive candidates?
Transparency and integrity will go a long way.

Personal Questions

Before working at Mersive, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?
I worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years. Without it, I wouldn’t have developed the skills I have today.

What are three words to best describe you?
Transparent, Empathetic and Analytical.

What has been the most important innovation you have witnessed in your lifetime?
The sophistication of Social Media. It has a bad reputation, but I wouldn’t be able to stay in touch with friends and family without it.

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Fail fast and hard.

If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing, what would it be?
Gas, have you seen those prices? Jk, I would love an unlimited supply of airline miles to travel the world.

What is one random fact you could share with us?
I had the pleasure of living abroad in Honduras for a year while working for my last organization. It was one of the most impactful experiences of my life. Living in a different country is a perspective everyone should gain.
