Mersive Questions

What has your experience been with our company culture?
I love the autonomy at Mersive. I feel trusted to do my work and do it well without micromanagement. I feel it gives me a little more creativity to solve problems, which is encouraged by management.

Have you grown professionally while working at Mersive?
Absolutely! This is my first fully-remote position and I have developed skills I wouldn’t have in any other circumstance; such as time management, task prioritization, and communication.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within Mersive, whose job would you want?
Justin Norman – I don’t know what QA is or how it helps develop our product.

What is your favorite perk at Mersive?
I love the online group activities. I love that Mersive as a company recognizes their staff is literally all across the globe, and they make exceptional efforts to bring us together and get to know one another even when we aren’t in the same room. It’s the kind of collaboration we are trying to provide for our customers.

Puppies and gas.
