System Technology-i Co. Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Hidenori Matsuoka) a Japanese provider of paperless meeting solutions and corporate learning management systems has announced today a strategic partnership with Mersive (Headquarters: Denver, CO, CEO Rob Balgley) an innovative American visual computing software provider.

Thanks to the partnership, System Technology-i will extend its iStudy paperless solution portfolio to include Solstice Software for wireless collaboration.

Solstice enables multiple users to connect simultaneously to a shared display using a range of mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, Mac and Windows laptops, and Android devices. With Solstice, users can instantly connect, share and control the display, enhancing collaboration and decision making. Mersive’s Solstice is the only solution available in the market that allows users to share iPad, iPhone, and Android screens without dedicated hardware. Solstice is already available in international markets including the US, Europe and APAC.

The CEO of System Technology-i Matsuoka says: “We have observed increasing interest among Japanese customers in paperless solutions and collaborative tools. Therefore, I am confident that partnership with Mersive will bring a good solution to Japan and hence a success for both companies.”

As the only distributor of Solstice in Japan, System Technology-i together with its channel partners will introduce Solstice as part of the iStudy portfolio to corporate and education sectors starting in September.

According to Mersive CEO Rob Balgley, “As demand for Solstice increases, Mersive’s partnership with Systems Technology-i serves the important role of bringing Solstice to resellers and customers in a new international market while also advancing the iStudy product line up to encompass wireless collaboration, an integral element to modern meeting spaces.”

The two companies plan to further their business relationship over time both operationally and through developments to strengthen iStudy paperless products.
