Both users can share inspirational images to the display from their own devices and collaborate in real-time. It is easy to switch between images even though they were shared by different users, so the designers can discuss specific design elements of each building without time-consuming context switches or passing devices back and forth. Over the course of the video, the designers coordinated on concepts for the interior and exterior of the building, discussed a non-traditional roof shape that the client had emailed one of them right before the meeting, and were able to compare that shape against the required interior layout before ultimately deciding to propose a more traditional overall structure with interesting, geometric details on the exterior.
