Mersive Solstice

Mersive Operations during COVID-19

2 min read

Here at Mersive, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and want to ensure you know that our top priorities are the health and well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and communities.

In service to these priorities, we have instructed all of our employees to work from home for the time being. For the few employees that have a physical requirement to work on-site, we are strictly adhering to CDC best practices to ensure workplace safety and shipment cleanliness. Last but certainly not least, all of our employees have been instructed on how best to prevent infection and transmission so that we do our civic duty to “flatten the curve” of this pandemic.

Given these circumstances, we are working harder than ever to ensure we maintain communications to and deliver for our partners and customers. The following are actions and initiatives underway:

  • In the very near term, we will continue with our plan to launch (1) Solstice Active Learning, our software-based video routing solution for team-based learning educational and corporate classrooms; and (2) Solstice Cloud which adds global deployment management from any location to our existing cloud-based monitoring and analytics (formerly Kepler).
  • Our product development team is in the home stretch of completing Solstice Conference, which adds the ability to seamlessly extend Solstice’s in-room team collaboration to remote attendees. The expected release date is early Q2.
  • Our supply chain remains unaffected and has given us the ability to maintain shipment velocity. Some customers and partners have requested specific shipment schedules over the next few weeks. If you have similar timing requirements, please reach out to us immediately.
  • For the foreseeable future, Mersive will move exclusively to digital communication channels and “virtual event” formats, like webinars and live-streaming, at the exclusion of in-person events in order to keep stakeholders informed of the above or any other occurrences.

We are committed to limiting the spread of this virus and safeguarding the health of all stakeholders while continuing to run our business in a way that is both responsive to your needs and responsible to our communities. Please look for ongoing communications from us in the near term as the above events approach or we have news to share.
