Mersive Polaris Cloud

One management system for every room, and everything plugged into it. Analytics, activation, fleet operations, and health for the whole fleet, from a browser or through an AI agent via the Polaris MCP server.

What it runs

Manage the room, not just the box.

Analytics

Usage per room, per day: meetings, total connections, hours in use, posts shared, and average meeting length, over the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days or all time.

With breakdowns by connection mode, sharing protocol, client operating system and conferencing platform, plus downtime, unreachable and reboot counts per room, and CSV export of any view.

Open cloud API

A REST API out of Polaris Cloud, enabled per organization.

Reboot a device or switch its HDMI input; sleep and wake a display, one at a time or every device in the organization at once; send HDMI-CEC or serial power commands; set the display to mirror or extend; read device, display, network and aggregate status across the fleet; read motion-sensor state and history; set a room’s digital-signage URL, or set one URL across the whole organization; and read, create, update and delete room calendar events. Pull the fleet into the monitoring and automation tooling you already run.

Activation & licensing

Claim devices, assign subscriptions, and see exactly what's licensed where: renewals and entitlements in one view, partner-visible where you want them to be.

Room and device management

Manage every meeting room from one console rather than device by device.

Configuration templates: define a room profile once (appearance and idle-screen content, signage, share protocols, network and proxy, calendar integration, display power and reboot schedule, and the firmware-update window), then assign it to as many devices as you select. Each device carries one template, and editing the template re-applies it to every device assigned to it. Devices can also be edited in bulk without a template, and onboarded in bulk from a CSV of up to 1,000 devices. Firmware updates are scheduled per device or fleet-wide through a template: turn auto-update on, then choose ‘as soon as possible’ or a weekly window (a day and a time), and optionally hold the update back while people are still connected. You can also select any set of devices and update them immediately.

Alerts & health

A room that has gone unreachable, a pod that rebooted overnight, a firmware window about to open: surfaced by email before the 9am meeting finds it.

Six triggers: a pod unreachable for a number of minutes you set (1 to 60, default 5), a pod rebooted, a pod unassigned from its template, and firmware update available, about to begin, and completed. Alerts go to the signed-in administrator plus up to five additional email addresses, and each recipient chooses which of the six they want.

MCP server SHIPS Q4 2026

An MCP server over the same cloud API, so AI agents and assistants can operate the fleet the way your own tooling already does.

The USB bus, per device SHIPS Q4 2026

Per-device USB bus visibility from the cloud: the camera, the microphone and speaker, and a touch display, each shown as the room reports it.

During your migration

Solstice and Polaris management portals.

Running Mersive Solstice Gen 3 rooms alongside new Polaris rooms means two clouds today, and we will not pretend otherwise. Mersive Solstice Cloud keeps managing your Gen 3 fleet exactly as it does now; Polaris Cloud runs your new rooms and links straight through to Solstice Cloud, so your team works from one starting point and loses none of the tooling they already know. Nothing goes dark while you move.

The gap starts closing in Q4 2026: Gen 3 units become visible inside the Polaris Cloud portal, with reboot from the same screen. SHIPS Q4 2026

Where this is headed is one operator for both fleets: the Polaris MCP server, where an AI agent with API access manages devices, pulls analytics, and applies templates across Gen 3 and Polaris alike. That is the target we are building toward.

Signage lives here too. The same portal manages the meeting fleet and the signage fleet: one login, one fleet, one set of policies. Signage is included, not licensed separately: no second CMS stack and no second vendor. Digital signage →
