The challenge
The Strategic Health Operations Center at the WHO Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean is where international communication happens during health emergencies, for 21 member states and a population near 745 million. Sharing has to be reliable, the conversations are confidential, and the installation timeline was short.
The deployment
Interactivo integrated the room around an ultra-wide Leyard 1.2-millimeter fine-pitch LED video wall, tied into the WHO's existing Cisco video conferencing. A Solstice Pod lets meeting attendees wirelessly share content into the conferencing system without being connected to the conference itself.
Users can share their content easily and without the hassle of being invited to — and then connecting to — a meeting.
The outcome
Multiple users contribute content to high-stakes decision-making without invitation-and-connection overhead, and sharing stays visible to the whole room so meetings run smoothly. The integrator installs Solstice in its top-performing systems where reliability and security are crucial.
