Polaris Cloud: but one login, and every room.
One place to govern thine entire fleet of rooms. Deploy rooms, apply standards that hold, watch the health of systems, and mend troubles from afar, all from thy browser. Governance of the fleet for wireless presentation, whether thou runnest one conference room or several thousand.
Coming in Q4 2026: govern thy fleet of rooms through AI chat with the Polaris MCP server.

A Monday morn, one browser tab.
Every capability below is a tab in the console above, not an item on the road ahead. Where aught is pending, it sayeth so.
Set a room's standard but once
Make a room profile but once and apply it to as many devices as thou wilt. Set appearance, idle-screen content, signage, sharing protocols, network and proxy settings, calendar integration, display power, reboot schedules, and firmware-update windows. Each device useth one profile. Update that profile, and the changes apply of themselves to every device assigned. Give huddle rooms and boardrooms the settings each requireth, whilst governing both upon the selfsame platform.
Bring them aboard in bulk, not one by one
Claim devices and assign subscriptions from the console, or bring aboard from a CSV of as many as 1,000 devices at once. Devices may also be edited in bulk without a template, when a change meriteth none.
Update upon thine own schedule
Govern firmware updates for each device or across thy fleet by templates. Set automatic updates to run as soon as may be, or within a weekly window upon thy chosen day and hour, with the choice to wait till all have disconnected. Update any chosen group of devices forthwith when need be. Should a pod fail to start after an update, it returneth of itself to the last version known to be good.
See what is amiss ere the ticket cometh
See how each room is used and how faithfully it runneth over the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or all of time. Track meetings, connections in all, hours in use, posts shared, and the meeting's average length. Divide usage by mode of connection, sharing protocol, the client's operating system, and conferencing platform. Watch downtime, unreachable events, and counts of reboots. Export any view to CSV.
Govern rooms from thine own tools
Join thine existing tools to the governance of rooms through a REST API, enabled for each organization. Reboot devices, change HDMI inputs, and put displays to sleep or wake them, one by one or across the organization. Send HDMI-CEC or serial power commands, and fetch the status of device, display, network, and the fleet entire. Set a signage URL for one room or every room, and read, create, update, or delete the room's calendar events.
Both fleets, one starting place
Mersive Solstice Cloud keepeth governing a Gen 3 fleet, linked straight from Polaris Cloud, so a migration meaneth not running two unrelated consoles whilst it cometh to pass.
The cloud standeth not in the path of the media.
Shared content travelleth directly betwixt the session's endpoints over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. Polaris Cloud handleth the signalling that joineth them; shared content never passeth through it. Signalling useth outbound-only TLS connections on port 443, so the plane of governance requireth no inbound firewall ports to be opened.
