Home/Wares/The Polaris family

One platform. Choose thy might.

Hardware of fitting size for every room, one platform beneath. Every tier is a full citizen of Polaris: web-join, workspace, governed from the cloud.

The three tiers of Polaris

Launch

Sharing foremost · bought but onceShippeth Q1 2027

Essentials

The workspace for every chamber

Pro

BYOM + networks of great houses

Buy the tier thy rooms require today. Every Polaris runneth the selfsame platform, and most upgrades are a change of licence. Where a higher tier needeth more connectivity (twin networks, HDMI input, twin displays), thy partner swappeth the pod and the licence travelleth with thee.

In plain speech: 802.1x meaneth the network itself demandeth the device prove who it is ere granting a port; EAP-TLS is the strongest way to prove it, with a certificate instead of a password. A posture of twin networks meaneth the device sitteth upon two networks at once, corporate wired and guest wireless, kept apart, so guests share without ever touching the corporate LAN.

Hardware that varieth not by tier — the 10-year platform lifecycle, the constants it holdeth, and the present silicon — is set down once, upon the Pro spec sheet. Interchange is within a tier: Pro and Essentials are not interchangeable, and the rows above are wherefore.

Hybrid additions HOST SHIPPETH Q4 2026

Link (the pod hosteth the call) extendeth a Pro fleet. Link is a bridge of software betwixt the laptop in BYOM and the pod, and the pod is what ruleth the room's cameras and peripherals — which is the Pro. Host (the room hosteth the whole meeting) extendeth either tier, for Host can bear the peripherals itself: upon Pro they join directly to the pod and the cables abide at the front of the room; upon Essentials they are cabled to the Host, which is wed unto the Essentials unit, and that meaneth a cable to the table. Larger rooms will commonly want a Pro for that very reason.
