Thy kit arriveth free and configured beforehand. Join the pod to a display and to thy network; Ethernet is the easiest place to begin. For Wi-Fi, enter thy network's name and password in the setup portal. Depending on thy network, thy IT team may need to open the required ports or allow access to our relay service. Once joined, enter the key shown upon the screen in thy browser and begin sharing. No software to install.
Use Polaris in true meetings with thy team, devices and workflows. If it fitteth, we shall join thee with an authorized partner, or work through thine existing integrator, to plan and quote the rollout. If it fitteth not, send the kit back: we bear the cost of its return.

Trials are demand fulfilled by partners, never a way about the channel. If thou buyest through an integrator, the trial is theirs to run and theirs to bring to a sale. If thou hast none yet, we can present thee to an authorized partner in thy region and they take it thence.

90 days. That giveth thy team time to use Polaris in everyday meetings, board presentations and sessions with guests. Try it with thine own devices, networks and workflows ere deciding whether to roll it out.
What access to the network doth it need?
Join the pod to a display and to thy network. Ethernet is the easiest place to begin. For Wi-Fi, enter thy network's name and password in the setup portal. Depending on thy network, thy IT team may need to open the required ports or allow access to our TURN relay service. The kit includeth the port requirements and a guide to deployment to help thee prepare, for sharing across VLANs or from the internet withal. Once configured, users may share from a browser without installing software or needing administrator rights. Trial hardware upholdeth the same security controls as production, 802.1X/EAP-TLS network authentication among them.
What befalleth when the trial endeth?
If Polaris fitteth, an authorized partner may arrange the purchase of thy trial hardware. Keep it in place and use it still, without installing anew. If thou decidest not to proceed, return the kit with the prepaid label provided. We bear the cost of its return and close the trial cloud environment that served for the season.
