Set a room standard once, matey
Create a room profile once an' apply it to any number o' devices. Set appearance, idle-screen content, signage, sharin' protocols, network an' proxy settings, calendar integration, display power, reboot schedules, an' firmware-update windows. Each device uses one profile. Update that profile, an' the changes automatically apply to every assigned device. Give huddle rooms an' boardrooms the settings each needs, while managin' both from the same platform.
Onboard the whole crew at once, not one at a time
Claim devices an' assign subscriptions from the console, or onboard from a CSV o' up to 1,000 devices in one go. Devices can also be edited in bulk without a template when a change don't warrant one.
Update on yer own schedule
Manage firmware updates per device or across yer whole fleet usin' templates. Set automatic updates to run as soon as possible or within a weekly window on yer chosen day an' time, with the option to wait until all hands have disconnected. Update any selected group o' devices immediately when needed. If a pod fails to start after an update, it automatically returns to the last known-good version.
See what be wrong before the ticket arrives
See how each room be used an' how reliably it runs over the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or all time. Track meetin's, total connections, hours in use, posts shared, an' average meetin' length. Break usage down by connection mode, sharin' protocol, client operatin' system, an' conferencin' platform. Keep watch on downtime, unreachable events, an' reboot counts. Export any view to CSV.
Manage rooms from yer own tools
Connect yer existin' tools to room management through a REST API, enabled per organization. Reboot devices, switch HDMI inputs, an' sleep or wake displays one at a time or organization-wide. Send HDMI-CEC or serial power commands, an' retrieve device, display, network, an' aggregate fleet status. Set a signage URL fer one room or every room, an' read, create, update, or delete room calendar events.

Mersive Solstice Cloud keeps managin' a Gen 3 fleet, linked straight from Polaris Cloud, so a migration don't mean runnin' two unrelated consoles while it happens.
The cloud be not in the media path.
Shared content travels directly between session endpoints over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. Polaris Cloud handles the signalin' that connects 'em; shared content never passes through it. Signalin' uses outbound-only TLS connections on port 443, so the management plane needs no inbound firewall ports opened.
