Yer kit arrives free an' preconfigured. Connect the pod to a display an' yer network; Ethernet be the easiest startin' point. For Wi-Fi, enter yer network name an' password in the setup portal. Dependin' on yer network, yer IT crew may need to open the required ports or allow access to our relay service. Once connected, enter the on-screen key in yer browser an' start sharin'. No software to install, none at all.
Use Polaris in real meetin's with yer crew, devices an' workflows. If it be the right fit, we'll connect ye with an authorized partner, or work through yer existin' integrator, to chart a course an' quote the rollout. If it be not, send the kit back to port: we cover the return shippin'.

How long does the trial last, cap'n?
90 days. That gives yer crew time to use Polaris in everyday meetin's, board presentations an' guest sessions. Test it with yer own devices, networks an' workflows before decidin' whether to roll it out across the fleet.
What network access does it need, savvy?
Connect the pod to a display an' yer network. Ethernet be the easiest startin' point. For Wi-Fi, enter yer network name an' password in the setup portal. Dependin' on yer network, yer IT crew may need to open the required ports or allow access to our TURN relay service. The kit includes port requirements an' a deployment guide to help ye prepare, includin' for sharin' across VLANs or from the open internet. Once configured, yer crew can share from a browser without installin' software or needin' administrator rights. Trial hardware supports the same security controls as production, includin' 802.1X/EAP-TLS network authentication.
What happens when the trial ends, matey?
If Polaris be the right fit, an authorized partner can arrange the purchase o' yer trial hardware. Keep it in place an' carry on usin' it without reinstallin'. If ye decide not to proceed, return the kit usin' the prepaid label provided. We cover the return shippin' an' close the temporary trial cloud environment.
