Usage fer each room, each day: meetin's, total connections, hours in use, posts shared, an' average meetin' length, over the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days or all time.
With breakdowns by connection mode, sharin' protocol, client operatin' system an' conferencin' platform, plus downtime, unreachable an' reboot counts fer each room, an' CSV export o' any view ye please.
An open cloud API
A REST API straight out o' Polaris Cloud, enabled per organization.
Reboot a device or switch its HDMI input; sleep an' wake a display, one at a time or every device in the organization at once; send HDMI-CEC or serial power commands; set the display to mirror or extend; read device, display, network an' aggregate status across the whole fleet; read motion-sensor state an' history; set a room's digital-signage URL, or set one URL across the whole organization; an' read, create, update an' delete room calendar events. Haul the fleet into the monitorin' an' automation toolin' ye already run.

Room an' device management
Manage every meetin' room from one console rather than device by device, matey.
Configuration templates: define a room profile once (appearance an' idle-screen content, signage, share protocols, network an' proxy, calendar integration, display power an' reboot schedule, an' the firmware-update window), then assign it to as many devices as ye select. Each device carries one template, an' editin' the template re-applies it to every device assigned to it. Devices can also be edited in bulk without a template, an' brought aboard in bulk from a CSV o' up to 1,000 devices. Firmware updates be scheduled per device or fleet-wide through a template: turn auto-update on, then choose 'as soon as possible' or a weekly window (a day an' a time), an' optionally hold the update back while the crew be still connected. Ye can also select any set o' devices an' update them straight away.
Alerts & health
A room that's gone unreachable, a pod that rebooted durin' the night watch, a firmware window about to open: surfaced by email before the 9am meetin' finds it.
Six triggers: a pod unreachable fer a number o' minutes ye set (1 to 60, default 5), a pod rebooted, a pod unassigned from its template, an' a firmware update available, about to begin, an' completed. Alerts go to the signed-in administrator plus up to five more email addresses, an' each recipient chooses which o' the six they want.
