Solstice Conference launch offers a new, touchless room system with agnostic support for all major video conferencing services.

The highly anticipated launch adds support for remote participants to Mersive’s award-winning meeting room collaboration platform by providing a touchless, one-step connection to any major video conferencing service.
Mersive’s Solstice Conference provides room connectivity for laptop-based conferencing services including Zoom, Teams, and Webex to deliver agnostic conferencing support, including a touchless room experience, where users only interact with their own devices, not room dongles, tablets, or panels. With support for all major plug and play room cameras, microphones, and soundbars also included, the solution offers the capabilities and convenience of traditional room systems with the flexibility to use the conferencing service of choice and Solstice’s rich multi-participant content sharing.

By unifying conferencing applications installed on users’ laptop devices with room technology, Solstice Conference represents a new class of Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) solution. But unlike other BYOM solutions that have emerged, Solstice Conference goes beyond providing wireless connectivity to room audio and video peripherals. Mersive’s BYOM solution also supports room and personal calendar integrations and workflow automations that enable a one-step meeting start, as well as a touchless room experience where users only engage the room technology through their own devices. Together these Solstice Conference capabilities deliver a complete solution that meets new requirements for hygiene and usability.
Solstice Conference is included for one year with every new Solstice Pod and is available after the first year through an annual Solstice Subscription. The solution does not require new hardware; it ships on Mersive’s Gen3 Solstice Pod hardware platform and can be accessed on existing Gen3 Solstice Pods by installing the Solstice 5.0 software update.
